The Six Sigma DMAIC approach when combined with Lean methods and tools provides an efficient, simple to use, and effective approach to continual improvement. Experience and training in that methodology is usually an asset for management, operations, quality, engineering, product development, software development, logistics, asset management, IT, health care, and service positions. Many companies in the services and manufacturing sectors recognize the competitive advantage of employees with a process improvement set of skills and mindset. These companies include Lean Six Sigma requirements in their senior and management job descriptions and related postings.
This interactive and highly practical four day course will provide first-hand experience of the approaches and the tools of Lean and Six Sigma that are used to affect continual improvement.

- Participants are normally process owners or leaders and are well versed in technical aspects of their jobs and have worked on project teams.

- Requests for cancellations/transfers received at least 5 business days before the start of the course receive a full refund/transfer.
- Requests received within 5 business days of the course start date will incur a $100 processing fee.
- After the course starts, there are no refunds or transfers.
- Registrants who fail to attend without advance notice are liable for the entire course fee.
If you cannot find a substitute, we can transfer your course fees to the same course in next offering.

A Certificate will be issued to attendees who participate in the entire course.
PREREQUISITE
A prior review and knowledge of Lean Six Sigma is required for this course. To bridge any knowledge gaps, AQTS will provide pre-course material to help participants prepare for the course.
